THE HAPPENING was created in 2023 by Michigan artist Shelly Taylor. This original mixed media piece includes a variety of acrylics and was finished with oil paint.
This street scene painting was created on a thick, heavy-duty gallery canvas (1-1/2" deep) that doesn't need framing. The sides of the canvas are painted solid black giving it a floating feeling when it's hung. The piece will be varnished with Gamvar before it's shipped out.
