I love trees. Growing up and playing in the woods left me feeling bonded to them so I've painted them as I see them in my mind's eye, pulsing with colors. The child within me doesn't feel the need to create art that is photographically realistic, there are cameras for that. The freedom to imagine, embrace the freedom to let go and play, the child has so much to teach us if we will listen.
