I've ordered a PRINT (or merchandise) and haven't received it, can you help?
If you ordered from the shop PRINTS+ page, you’ll have to check with the company that makes the item, as that is out of my control range. Check your original receipt. AND if you have any major issues with them, please let me know. The last thing I want is unhappy, art loving people!
I can't find the art I want available as a print via shop PRINTS+ - can you help?
YES, I can! I've been periodically working on getting everything here and it's slow going. So, if there's something of mine you're interested in that you can't find, let me know which piece it is and I'll get it in the database ASAP. Contact me here, I don't bite!
How long will it take for you to get back with me once I've contacted you?
I strive to respond in a timely manner. My goal is to respond within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. It's unlikely you'll hear from me on a weekend.
If you don't hear back from me within the above parameters, please try again. If you enter your email address incorrectly, I cannot respond.
